Yarn: 2 skeins Madelinetosh Merino Light Fingering / 4-ply (14wpi), or 840 yds (768m) of similar fingering weight / 4-ply yarn that achieves gauge. Sample used 1.5 skeins, 650yds (595m), shown in colour Jade Needle
Size: US size 6 / 4mm 40” (100cm) or longer length circular needle
Notions: Tapestry needle to weave in ends, 2 stitch markers, blocking wires (optional)
Gauge: 20 sts x 28 rows = 4”(10cm) in Stockinette Stitch. Gauge is not overly important, but may alter yardage required.
