The Travelling Mitts

The Travelling Mitts

A classic fingerless mitt for the urban traveller, The Travelling Mitts are designed for a unisex appeal. A wide range of sizes make them great for kids, teens, and, of course, adults, too! They can be knit in a favorite solid for an understated comfort, or mix it up with scrappy bits of colour for a bit of fun.

Needle Size: US size 3 / 3.25mm 16″ (40cm) circular needles, or size to achieve gauge; same-sized needles for your preferred method of small circumference knitting. This pattern is written using two small circular needles or magic loop. This is my recommended method because it produces a consistent gauge and a thick, warm fabric. Notions: Stitch marker, tapestry needle Gauge : 24 sts x 32 rows = 4″(10cm) in Stockinette Stitch. Check gauge to avoid disappointment.
